Zayn Malik 'gets girlfriend tattoo'

One Direction's Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson reportedly visited a tattoo studio in Maryland, US, earlier this week.

The One Direction heartthrob is dating British singer Perrie Edwards and the pair have managed to get through their share of ups and downs, including allegations Zayn had cheated on her.

It now seems they are back on track and the 20-year-old has decided to get a permanent sign of his devotion.

According to TMZ, the boyband star headed to a tattoo parlour in Maryland, US, with fellow One Direction members Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson on Tuesday.

Zayn is said to have asked for an inking of Perrie and the website has a snap of the dark-haired singer gazing at a tattoo that closely resembles his girlfriend on his right arm.

Louis apparently asked Tattooed Heart Studios for a spiderweb design, because he likes Spider Man, and an image of a bomb.

The website writes that Liam opted out of an inking and instead took a walk around town alone.

All the excitement of new body art made the boys hungry, and they apparently decided to order some fried chicken while at the studio.

Luckily their bodyguard was on hand to run and get some from a nearby fast food joint.

Zayn and Louis seemed happy with their latest inkings and apparently left the tattooist a hefty tip.

The boys and bandmates Harry Styles and Niall Horan are currently on the North American leg of their Take Me Home Tour.

One Direction play in Wantagh, New York, tomorrow, before moving on to Canada in July.
